Call for Papers


The Corporate Governance and Fraud Prevention conference is aimed at bringing together scholars working on current issues in the broad area of Corporate Governance, Fraud and Ethics. The program will be relevant to scholars in accounting, finance, economics, and management who have an interest in corporate governance issues.


The conference will feature the following invited speakers:

William R. Kinney, University of Texas-Austin


The conference registration fee is $145 for all participants. The registration fee will cover lunch, refreshments, and an evening reception. All other expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
